Everyone is invited to the second class, “Appreciation”, of the current 10-week public Peace Education Program course at 6:30 pm tomorrow night,Tuesday October 1st.
The Prem Rawat Foundation’s Peace Education Program is now being presented in over 80 countries around the world in all kinds of settings. It is being offered here in the Asheville area at the Buncombe County Detention Center, the Black Mountain Substance Abuse Treatment Center for Women, Craggy Correctional Center. the Swannanoa Correctional Center for Women, and a course for the general public is being offered at the North Asheville Community Center at 37 East Larchmont Rd. off of Merrimon in North Asheville. This 10 week long course, happening every Tuesday evening at 6:30 pm, is offered free of charge, and the classes last about 1 hour. The more classes you attend, the more you will benefit. The course is based on learning more about inner resources we have but may have lost touch with, such as contentment, inner strength, appreciation, and clarity. The course is not religious or philosophical in any way – it is based on practical experience and feeling.
This is a chance to turn away from the hectic pace outside for an hour, just relax, and learn more about the feeling and resources we all have on the inside but tend to ignore. Hope you can join us!
Please email or call to register for the free 10 week course at pep.Asheville@gmail.com or 828-777-0021
